Sorrel - (Roselle) (Hibiscus sabdariffa) – Traditionally consumed as a Christmas beverage, Sorrel is derived as an infusion from the crimson colored buds of the Hibiscus Flower. When served cold it has a tart, cranberry-like flavor.


Our version of this drink incorporates natural preserved plums, which is our family tradition. With many hours of experimentation, we have mixed our special blend of spices, to help curb the tartness of the hibiscus flower buds. The result is a refreshing balanced flavor that can be enjoyed anytime, all year round.
